Located between the Blue Lake & The Umpherston Sinkhole, and 3 minutes from both the main street and the new marketplace shopping precinct.

Good to know

Bright with lots of light from the glass fronted facade. 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, Separate Balcony for early morning coffee or late nightcaps. This place is similar to our Kennedy Executive Townhouse, & Bengalee Executive Townhouse so should the availability not suit here, try booking one of our other properties. Please note - Gas heater is decommissioned in Summer months, this is a guest free property, EV scooter charging is not allowed at property

We enjoyed our two days in this house. There is a lot of space, a great kitchen and a nice bedroom with great beds. The Garage came in handy and I could even wash some clothes. The neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained. Everything was just perfect and John was a very friendly and helpful host. We would have loved to have more power outlets for our mobile phones and computers. As we are from Europe we have to use adapters and they didnt work by the bed, because of the bed frame. There is no outlets near the table in the living nore at the area where the sofas stand. We both travel but also work from time to time and therefore this became a little difficult. Please understand this would just have been a nice to have, but did not influence the quality of our stay.

The facilities were clean and functional, meeting all our needs for a comfortable stay. The environment was quiet and peaceful, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend it. The value for money was excellent, definitely worth choosing.

I thought the location was perfect! Near the Tram, grocery store and lots of cute cafes. I felt very safe walking around in the evening. I really can't think of anything. It was a really nice stay!

Wir wurden sehr sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Gastgeber haben uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Alles unglaublich sauber und luxuriös. Mit dem Auto fast direkt bis ins Wohnzimmer... Leider hatten wir nur einen kurzen Zwischenstopp und wären gerne länger geblieben. Nichts.

brilliant. host called us earlier in day to see how our travel was going. set a later time and even after I said we were still later was no issue and met us on site. walk through the property to show us where everything was. nothing was perfect.

One of the best units we have stayed in. Although sent a door code, Manager still met us with fresh milk, cereal etc. Spacious unit with all items covered. Excellent value for money. Nothing

The landlord personally handed over the keys and explained how to use the facilities. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and even provided chopsticks. The house was very spacious, and there was a balcony where you could watch the sunrise. The kitchen also had a coffee machine and some simple cereal for breakfast. The bathroom didn't have shampoo or conditioner; there was oatmeal but no jam.

Stunning large apartment with everything quality and modern. Only one toilet in the ensuite.. was annoying when you had to both use the space! Would be better if the other one had been open
